Potato Croquettes Recipe

Potato is one of the most consumed vegetables and its croquettes can be devoured on Iftar.
INGREDIENTS:

  1. ½ kilograms of boiled potatoes
  2. 50 grams of butter
  3. One teaspoon of black pepper 1 tsp
  4. Salt (according to taste)
  5. ½ teaspoon of Chinese salt
  6. Four tablespoons of parsley
  7. One tablespoon of parmesan cheese
  8. Two beaten eggs
  9. One cup of bread crumbs
  10. Oil

METHOD:

  1. Start by mashing the potatoes then add butter, black pepper, salt, Chinese salt,parsley   and Parmesan Cheese and mix it properly.
  2. Now give them the shape of the croquettes and dip them in the beaten eggs. Coat the     croquettes with bread crumbs and freeze it.
  3. After the croquettes are frozen, fry them in hot oil.
  4. Serve the croquettes with ketchup, sauce dips or chutney.
