Chicken Potato Kabab


Chicken Potato Kababs is one of the delicious dishes which can be served in Iftari during Ramazan.
INGREDIENTS:

  1. ½ kilograms of chicken mince
  2. ½ kilograms of potatoes
  3. One finely chopped onion
  4. Six green chillies
  5. ¼ bunch coriander leaves
  6. ¼ bunch mint leaves
  7. Two beaten eggs
  8. One tablespoon of crushed red chillies
  9. One tablespoon of coriander seeds
  10. One tablespoon of cumin Seeds
  11. Two tablespoons of garam masala Powder
  12. Two teaspoons of chaat masala
  13. Oil
  14. Salt (according to taste)

METHOD:

  1. Take salt, red chillies, coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chilies, crushed coriander seeds, garam masala powder, chaat      masala, cumin seeds in a pan and shift it in a bowl after frying them.
  2. Mix masala, mince and potatoes in the bowl.
  3. Give the mixture shape of a kabab then dip them in the beaten eggs and fry.
  4. Serve the chicken potato kababs with ketchup, green chutney or chilli garlic sauce.
